Return Policy

As part of our goal, we aim for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, but we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned due to certain circumstances. Please read the policy below and follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns Policy Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • All items/goods must be in their original packages with all their ticketing and tags attached
  • Your items/goods must be unused and be in the same condition that you received them as
  • You must be within 30 days from the date of your purchase. For any period of time that is after 30 days of your purchase, you will be ineligible for a return.
  • Please note that we do accept returns for items. However, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we suggest that you place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase again.  


Return Process for Eligible Items

To start a return via email, please contact us at support-zinkiee@zinkiee.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return has been accepted, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

 

Disclaimer

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping cost for returning your item (if it occurs).
  • Shipping labels that are provided are only valid for a limited amount of time. With each official returns email, we will specify a date for the items to be returned. You will no longer be eligible for a full refund any time after the specified date.
