A: We at Zinkiee have a 30–day refund policy. From the date of purchase, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days. However, for any period of time that is after the 30 days of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will only be available for defective or damaged products
- Please remember that your bank provider will take 1-4 business days to process and post the refund.
In order to be eligible for a partial refund (Order cancellation):
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To notify us of your cancellation, please send us an email at support-zinkiee@zinkiee.com as soon as possible.
- Upon cancelling your order, you will receive a partial refund to your original payment method
- You will be charged for a 10% cancellation fee. This means that only 90% of the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
In order to be eligible for a partial refund (Change of mind orders):
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- The item must not have been used or damaged
- Please note that refunds for change of mind are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. This means that only 75% of the purchase price of the item will be refunded.

A: In order to be eligible for a return:
- All items/goods must be in their original packages with all their ticketing and tags attached.
- Your items/goods must be unused and be in the same condition that you received them as.
- Possess an invoice showing your proof of purchase/receipt of the purchased items/goods.
- You must be within 30 days from the date of your purchase. For any period of time that is after the 30 days of your purchase, you will be deemed ineligible for a return.
Please keep in mind that we will try to process your returns as soon as possible but please allow 1-4 business days.

A: Our website is absolutely safe to use. We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. We will NOT store your credit card information and it will only be used once upon purchasing your product. After its use, your credit card information will then be purged immediately.

A: If you do find yourself in the wrong currency on the website, simply scroll down you should find a drop down menu on the bottom left. Click on that menu and select the correct currency.

A: Simply find the product that you wish to purchase and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Then click onto the checkout page where you are required fill in your shipping and billing information. Once you have made your purchase, we wll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible and you should receive an email confirming your order.

A: To use your subscription coupon, please ensure that you're a current subscriber to Zinkiee.
As such, when you arrive at our checkout page, please double–check that you have used the same email that you used to sign up for the subscription since our system won't recognise who the customer is.

Payments are made monthly if your balance meets the minimum threshold.

A: Yes, we pay our affiliates once their commission reaches a minimum of $20 AUD. If you fail to reach the threshold, your commission will be rolled into the next month's total.

Customers using your affiliate link will have a 30–day window to collect our commission from that customer
10% Commission per Sale
When a customer uses your affiliate link and makes a purchase you will then receive a 10% commission on that order. Depending on the amount that the customer spends, you will then receive a percentage of that sale.
Official Customer Discount Codes
Once you have been approved and reached your dashboard. You will then have the ability to see all the available discount codes that customers can use to purchase through our store. Use these to help their shopping experience a little bit easier :)
Welcome Gift
When approved you will receive a discount code that will enable you to receive 40% OFF on your next purchase (min of 3 items). Please contact the Zinkiee support team <support-zinkiee@zinkiee.com> so that we can create your unique discount code.
